I have overseen growth inside a behavioral health company through multiple stages of maturity, including two successful transactions. I understand how growth actually unfolds over time, not just how it’s modeled. That history gives boards and investors confidence because it’s rooted in true experience. Advisement at this level requires a different posture than someone who is in the day-to-day overseeing growth for a behavioral health company. It’s not about running teams or fixing departments. It’s about asking the right questions, seeing around corners, and helping leadership evaluate clearly. I operate from an oversight lens of what matters now versus later and how decisions made today affect scalability, culture, and exit readiness.

Having directly overseeing growth at a company that had two successful exits/transactions, I understand diligence from both sides: what operators know about the business and industry, and what investors need to understand beyond the deck. I help stakeholders see what scales cleanly versus what are the optics and what will support future exits and what may inhibit them.

These are the things that don’t show up cleanly in spreadsheets, but they clearly shape performance.

People that have worked with me have often heard me say we’re going to begin by identifying the What and the Why, then working on the When and the How. I help boards and sponsors pressure-test questions such as why should we enter this market now or should we wait? What does realistic scaling look like in this segment of behavioral health? What are the hidden constraints that could cap growth? How does what we’re buying today support or limit future exits?

Strategic Positioning & Investment Readiness

For private equity sponsors or boards evaluating a behavioral health asset, I provide assessment across growth model viability and scalability, market positioning and competitive dynamics, lead-generation funnel integrity, digital and demand-generation strategies. Through document review or in-person / virtual meetings, I validate what you’ve learned and help you understand what’s consistent and in alignment with what’s been presented. This framework and model specializes in identifying misleading signals inside growth pipelines such as where volume looks real, but conversion tells a different story. I help boards and investors see what’s structurally true versus what’s being explained away, before capital is deployed or forecasts are missed. The goal is to clarify risk, opportunity, and the levers before capital is committed.
